Lidy Knigge
At first glance a very different craft, but for Lidy it comes down to the same thing: looking with attention, having a feel for form and proportion, and making something more beautiful without losing its own character. For Lidy, beauty arises when something feels balanced and suits the person. “I love beauty. Whether it’s about appearance or, say, a beautiful interior, I love it when things are right. But what makes it right can be different for everyone. For me, there is no single ideal of beauty.”
“It’s not a matter of ‘you ask, we deliver’. You have to look at what truly suits someone.”
Appearance is vulnerable, and it has to be handled with care. That awareness is the foundation of how Lidy approaches cosmetic medicine. Not treating because it’s possible, or because a trend calls for it, but looking at what someone truly needs.
“Not everyone you hand a paintbox can paint a beautiful picture.”
With more than fifteen years of experience, Lidy relies not only on medical knowledge and technique, but also on her aesthetic eye. Because the same product or the same treatment can give a completely different result in different hands.
