When might it suit you?

Sometimes, despite changes in diet and exercise, it does not work out to lose enough weight or to maintain the weight achieved. Being overweight can also affect your health, energy, self-image and daily life.

What does it do?

We start with a medical assessment and look at your health, goals and personal situation. If you are eligible, the doctor can prescribe medication such as Saxenda, Wegovy or Mounjaro. These injections mimic the action of the hormone GLP-1; Mounjaro also acts on GIP. They help reduce feelings of hunger and support weight loss, in combination with changes in diet and exercise.

Throughout the programme you are personally guided by Jolanda, our medical weight loss coach. She not only follows your progress, but also looks together with you at what weight loss means for your health, lifestyle and self-image. There is room for questions, difficult moments and everything that changes along the way.
